WOW!! So much has been going on and that is part of the reason I haven’t had the chance to update my blog!!
First, I had some really cute pictures of the kids for valentines day. Brody wasn’t fully awake yet but Kalynn was! They both looked so cute! Brody thought it was so cool – his sister gave him a puppy dog valentine.
This month we celebrated Brodys 6th birthday!! I cant believe how big my baby boy is. He had some friends from daycare come to his party. We had it at Kangaroo Zoo. He had a blast!! We had a Lego themed party and it turned out so cute.
All the kids that showed up at the party had been going to daycare with Brody since he was 3 years old!! I thought it was neat to have them all there. They are all buddies.

I also had parent teachers conference with Brodys teacher. He is a class clown but he is so smart! He is reading very well, adding, subtracting, counting! He is doing very well. He has started reading us books and he is so good about sounding things out.
We celebrated St. Patty's day! Brodys favorite color is green so he LOVED this day. Plus he loved pinching everyone that didn’t have green on! He woke up that morning and pinched me before I even got out of bed!
He was trying to give me a mad face in these pictures but Kalynn was all smiles!
This month we also got to have Flat Stanley. Cody mailed him to us and we took him on lots of adventures. It was fun.

Kalynn is doing so well!! She is taking the bottle like a pro and sleeping through the night now. She started sleeping through the night about a month ago. We just recently had to start giving her formula because my milk supply is low now that she doesn’t wake up to eat at night, but that’s ok. She is going to start getting teeth soon and then I am done nursing! I am very happy that I was able to nurse her for 6 months!!
She is such a thumb sucker! She LOVES her thumb! Anytime you see her, she has to have her thumb in her mouth!! Unless she is talking. She also LOVES to talk! OMG – she jabbers on and on. I guess she gets it from her mom :)
Kalynn also started rolling over! She started rolling onto her side and then recently she rolls all the way over. She started sticking her bum up in the air and trying to push her feet to scoot but she cant quit do it yet! Were also starting to feed her baby food. We cant feed her fast enough though! She loves to eat!
Brody wouldn’t sit in his seat and eat so Shane put him in the high chair – with a bib. He thought it was so funny!
This past weekend we went to the dunes. It was Kalynns first time at the dunes – it was a little cold but she liked being outside. Brody had fun making dirt bike tracks and going for rides with his dad on the bikes.

Shane let Brody shoot his gun for the first time. He had to explain gun safety to him first and then he let him shoot.
Its starting to warm up here in Utah. It was 70 yesterday, then we woke up to 6 inches of snow this morning! I cant wait for summer here in Utah!
