What weve been up to...

LOTS!! Oh my goodness Ive been horrible and totally negleted my blog this past few months. Weve had lots going on. First... the big news. Were pregnant! We are having a baby girl and she is due November 4th. Her name is going to be Kalynn RayAnn. We are so excited and Brody just cant wait to be a big brother!!

In May we went to Arizona for Memorial Weekend and saw everyone. It was so good to be back home but WAY to HOT!! After Arizona we went to California and had a blast! We took Brody to see the Navy ships and the boot camp Shane was at when he was in the Marines. He took us to one of his favorite Mexican restaurants that he has talked about since we got together. Then we took Brody to Lego Land and had so much fun!

First we stopped in Sedona. Brody wanted a picture with his sister... how cute!!

Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Wares house. He had so much fun in the pool and riding his bike.

He even got Grandpa on his bike.

Then we went to see our friends. We had a party at the Parkers and everyone was there. We had lots of fun!!

The girls threw a surprise baby shower for me. I was so shocked. It was so cute though.

Next we took Brody to California. We stopped at the beach and Brody couldnt believe how big the ocean was. He thought it was so cool.

We went to the port where all the navy ships were and saw a few.

The next day we woke up and took Brody to see the Marine boot camp that Shane went to. He thought that was super cool and I thought it was neat to see where Shane was at. He always talks about it so its cool to actually see it.

After the Marine boot camp we took Brody to Lego Land. He had so much fun and so did Shane. I took pictures because I couldnt go on any of the rides and I have to say that it was so much fun watching the two of them having fun!! Brody loved Lego Land. He went on the roller coasters which shocked me and he loved them which shocked me even more!!

The Safari Ride

Brody was lucky and got a green boat - his favorite color. He had fun driving his dad around in a boat

Brody got his driver license. He thought it was so neat. They took his picture and gave him a card. Of course he had to take his driving class first...

After the ride Shane and Brody got a water gun and squirted everyone in the boats. Brody nailed these boys right in the face as they were floating past. It was so funny.

Shane and Brodys 2nd roller coaster ride. It was a dragon ride and they went through a castle and then on some loops. Brody loved it!! This was the 2nd biggest roller coaster.

And this was the 3rd and last roller coaster Brody went on. It was the biggest one of the day. I thought he would cry because it was super fast. And he did cry. He cried when it was over because he wanted to go on it again. Shane had to take him twice and then we had to leave because the park was closing. He had so much fun on this roller coaster.

This is the restaurant that Shane took us to and it was sooo good!! It was really cool to be there when its been a favorite of Shanes for a long time.

It was such a good time and Im glad we went. We have so many fun memories and well never forget our trip!!
